Terms of Service

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Service define the rules for purchasing and using services offered by:

LT GLOBAL MEDIA - Lukas Niksa
Country: Poland
Tax ID: 58-325-189-45
E-mail: office@djdrops.eu

The seller operates under VAT exemption pursuant to Article 43 and Article 113 of the VAT Act.

By placing an order, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of sale is a voice-over service, delivered in the form of a digital audio track.

The service consists of recording the client’s DJ pseudonym and adding it to a pre-made intro template selected by the client.

The intro template is a finished product, the sound, style, and arrangement of which are known to the client before purchase.

As part of the service, the client receives:

  • a recorded voice-over of the DJ pseudonym

  • a finished digital audio file ready for use

Background music and sound effects are provided free of charge as an additional element of the voice-over service and do not constitute a separate product or service.

3. INTENDED USE

The intros are designed for individual DJs.

Each order may include one DJ pseudonym only.
The use of club names, event names, promotional content, multiple nicknames, or third-party branding is prohibited unless individually agreed in advance.

Club owners, event organizers, and businesses interested in broader usage are required to contact the seller before placing an order to arrange individual pricing and licensing.

4. PAYMENT AND FEES

Payment is required in advance.

The seller does not provide free samples. Demo intros are available on the seller’s website, YouTube, and SoundCloud.

The final price may include:

  • mandatory taxes which the seller is required to pay

  • transaction and international transfer fees charged by payment operators such as PayPal or Stripe

By placing an order, the client agrees to cover these additional costs.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The service constitutes digital content created to the client’s order.

In accordance with Article 38(1) and (13) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the client loses the right to withdraw from the contract once the service execution has begun, provided that:

  • the client has given explicit consent to start the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires

  • the client has been informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal

Placing an order constitutes such consent.

6. PRONUNCIATION REQUIREMENTS

To complete the service, the client must provide a clear pronunciation recording of their DJ pseudonym in mp3, wav, or m4a format.

The recording should:

  • be spoken slowly and clearly

  • include the “DJ” prefix if it is to be recorded

  • contain several pronunciation versions if necessary

If no pronunciation file is provided, the order may be considered incomplete and cancelled.

If the pronunciation file is not delivered on time and the recording has already been completed, corrections may not be possible or may be subject to an additional fee.

The seller’s voice actors are English speakers. Exact pronunciation in the client’s native language cannot be guaranteed.

7. INTRO TEMPLATES

Intro templates are pre-produced and not subject to editing.

The client’s pseudonym is recorded and added at the end of the selected template.

Watermarked previews are available prior to purchase. Watermarks are removed after payment.

Dissatisfaction with the style, sound, or character of a template does not constitute grounds for complaint.

8. LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT

The client receives a non-exclusive, unlimited-time license for personal and collector’s use.

Permitted use includes:

  • DJ sets

  • mixtapes

  • personal social media and promotional materials related to the DJ

Prohibited use includes:

  • resale, sublicensing, or distribution to third parties

  • commercial resale as a standalone product

  • claiming authorship of the recording

The same intro template may be sold to multiple clients.

The client does not acquire any rights to the background music or sound effects beyond their use within the final audio track.

9. COMPLAINTS AND REVISIONS

Complaints are accepted only if:

  • the DJ pseudonym was pronounced incorrectly contrary to the pronunciation file provided by the client

Complaints are not accepted if:

  • no pronunciation file was provided

  • the file was unclear, damaged, or inaccurate

  • the client submitted incorrect or incomplete text

  • the complaint concerns subjective preferences or template style

Complaints must be submitted by email to: office@djdrops.eu

Valid complaints will be reviewed within 24 hours.

10. ORDER REFUSAL AND CANCELLATION

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the client fails to cooperate or respond

  • the order violates these Terms

  • required materials are not provided

  • the order is unclear or inconsistent

  • the DJ pseudonym is offensive, vulgar, or violates good morals

11. ARCHIVING AND FILE STORAGE

The seller stores completed orders for 6 months from the delivery date.

After this period, files may be permanently deleted.

The client is responsible for securing and backing up the delivered files. The seller is not obligated to re-deliver files after the archive period.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

The seller reserves the right to change prices and these Terms of Service at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

The applicable law is the law of the seller’s country of registration.
