– INTROS –
The subject of the purchase is a vocal (voice-over service) recorded by voice actors. Music and effects are added to the recorded voiceover for free as an add-on. The intros are exclusively designed for DJs only. In ready-to-use and personalized packages, you can utilize a single DJ name, group name, or binomial name.
It is prohibited to use in texts: names of clubs, bars, events, promoting musical events, or including numerous nicknames.
We invite all owners of clubs, discos, and event organizers to contact us in advance to discuss an individual price.
– PAYMENT –
Payment terms for our products: prepayment. We do not send free samples. You can listen to many of our intros on YouTube and Soundcloud to get an idea of our style. You can listen to the finished templates on our website.
I am exempt from VAT, so you will not receive a refund in your country. The price is multiplied by income tax only. Intro price at final purchase is increased by the value of tax and fees for money transfer between countries by paypal or stripe payment channels. By purchasing the intro, you agree to cover the additional fees.
– PRONUNCIATION & NICKNAMES –
In order we could realise the service, it is necessary to send us precise pronunciation of your name in m4a, wav, or mp3 file. For this aim, use a sound recorder in your smartphone.
Record your nickname in several versions, speaking precisely and slowly. If your nickname includes prefix ‘DJ’, you should include it, otherwise it will not be recorded.
You can send your nickname by the order form on the website.
If your name is not Anglophone, do not expect that it is pronounced in 100% in your language. Our lecturers are English speakers and do their best to pronounce names of DJs as precisely as it is possible but in some cases there may occur differences in accent.
If your nickname is not typically English and you think it can be hard to be pronounced, please send it to us before a purchase and we will analyse it.
If you do not send us your nickname, you do not have the right to complaints and money refund.
If you do not send it on time and your name is already recorded with some errors in pronunciation, no correction of intro is possible. (possibly at the charge of 25$)
We have also the right to regard an order without attached file with pronunciation as incomplete and to cancel it.
– TEMPLATE INTRO –
The subject of the purchase is a vocal ( voice-over service) recorded by a voice readers. Music is added for free as an add-on. At our website you can find 67 prepared intros. As these are prepared templates, they are not subject to any edition. Your nickname will be recorded at the end of such intro.
Intros have an audio watermark which will be removed after a purchase.

The purchased intro is for personal use only. The purchased vocal track with sound and effects is considered a collector’s item for personal use only…. Copying, resale and commercial use are prohibited.
– CUSTOM INTO –
This is a service of an individual intro with own text. You should note that the volume of text is limited to 60 words.
If you want to use a greater amount of text, use our additions, which are published and explained at our website.
The text you send can not include errors and should be in its final form as after a recording no correction is possible (unless at additional charge)
If you do not have any idea for your text, please contact us. We can write it for you.
If you used additional options like Custom jingle or outro, mark which text should be used for INTRO and OUTRO or JINGLES. in such form:

– RADIO IMAGING –
This is a service of an individual intro with own text. Please remember to send us 3 songs for this service (these can be links to YouTube), which will be used in your intro. Don’t forget about such information like the name of podcast, your nick and correct text.
– JINGLES –
Here, you can purchase only vocal without effects and soundtrack. If the text includes promotion of your club, music even or the text includes several nicknames, an extra charge will be obligatory for * full broadcast rights option. Please note that the amount of sent text is limited – become familiar with additional options.
You can use purchased vocal in the full scope for commercial and non-commercial aims.
– VIDEO TEMPLATE –
Additionally to your intro, you can purchase a video template. Currently, we offer two templates. Edition concerns only letter and the final inscription. Your text will be put on a template.
Whole graphics, colors, background are not subject to edition and remain unchanged.
– COMPLAINTS –
Claims do not include ready-made templates like “INTRO TEMPLATE”, because the customer can listen on our site how the final product sounds.
If you make a mistake in selecting a voiceover (without informing us immediately), we are not responsible for it and you have no right to complain in this regard. In the case of “Opener intro and radio imaging” packages, customers are entitled to 2 corrections to the audio production. The revisions concern sound effects or soundtrack changes.
Complaints do not apply to the uploaded text. Submitted text should be grammatically correct, final and complete. (We do not translate or correct texts, the user is responsible for their correctness).
Customers have the right to complain if the voiceover recording has defects not caused by the voiceover. Such defects include
– Poor quality of the voiceover recording
– Poor quality of the soundtrack
Complaints can be submitted by email at: office@djdrops.eu It will be processed within 24 hours.
Complaints are not valid when:
– if you do not deliver us a file with precise pronunciation and vocal is already recorded by us or a sent file is not audible or damaged.
– if your order is not clear and text is not coherent. We will try to inform about such fact earlier but in case you do not reply, the recording will be in the form you sent. In such case you do not have the right to claim for a correction.
We have the right to withdraw from the contract and can cancel an order at any time if communication with a client is incoherent or a client does not know English.
We have the right to change prices without prior notice. In case when a promotion is published at our website, we have the right to cancel it at any time without stating the reason.
